Server renting
Along with colocation services, we offer server renting services. Currently we offer two different server configurations:
- 2x Intel Xeon x5460 3.16GHz 4 cores each 12Mb L2 cache, 16Gb RAM, 2x 500Gb HDD for 98$ per month
- 2x Intel Xeon E5-2670 2.6GHz 8 cores each with 16x thread execution, 2Mb L2 cache, 20Mb L3 cache, 64Gb RAM, 2x 1Tb HDD for 198$ per month
Server installation and setting up fee is 48$. All servers are located in Krasnodar, Russia, in Rostelecom's datacenter.
Co-location
Webguard.pro, in partnership with Southern division of Rostelecom, announces opening of a datacentre with colocation services. All of our clients can accomodate their hardware on a hi-tech site on specially lucrative terms.
Co-location is a service that lets you place your servers (system blocks) in a datacenter. If you host a huge web-project that requires a separate server or you would like to become a web hosting provider, you will want to have your own server in a datacenter. Our personnel will provide all necessary help and consulting to set up your server.

1, Services described in 1.1, 1.3, 1.4 include: - access to one Ethernet router port, 100 Mb/s full-duplex; - 4 IP-addresses network management; - Internet access; - guaranteed hardware safety; - continious climate-control; - troublreproof power supply. 2. 1 Unit (1,75 inches or 4,45 cm) - measurement unit for hardware installed in 19" rack, is set as 45*475*600mm. Server hardware of 1 Unit size(45*475*600mm) is considered as standard-size hardware. Hardware with measurements different from standard size is considered as Irregular-sized hardware. 3. Standard server hardware power supply is considered to be 500Wt. 4. For hardware with width equal to the standard size and hight more than 1 Unit, number of Units is calculated as number of full 45mm segments in height, with additional one-time fees for every additional Unit as described in 1.1 and monthly fees as in 1.3. 5. Installing and maintenance of additional server fees are calculated: one-time fee as described in 1.1, monthly fee - as in 1.4. 6. Installing and deployment fees for Irregular-sized hardware are calculated according to 1.1 for one-time fees both for first and additional servers, 1.3 for monthly fees for first server and 1.4 for monthly fees for additional servers. Hardware measurements are calculated with parameters declared in manufacturer certificate or supplied documentation. 7. Installment fees do not include fees for cabling from operator's hardware to client's hardware. 8. Services are granted based on client's application and are accounted in client's personal account. 9. Incoming and(or) outcoming traffic is not charged for. | ||

List of prohibited website thematics
Our company reserves a right to refuse provision of our services to websites of following thematics:
- All websites that violate legislation of Russian Federation;
- Financial pyramid and Ponzi scheme websites, related to dubios means of gaining income on the internet and passive income, designed to purposefully decieve people to get material or non-material benefits at their expense;
- Websites related to occultism, magic, fortune-telling, sortilege, spells and any other kind of related activities;
- Websites designed to attract people to conducting illegal activities;
- Websites designed for distribution of any kind of synthetic narcotics that are formally considered legal, including audionarcotics;
- Websites that purposefully spread malware (is not related to hacked of infected websites), software designed for hacking, malware infection and other means of inflicting harm to websites and computers of other people;
- Websites with pornographical content, website propagandizing various sexual perversions, including various kinds of sex-shops.
The reason for such restrictions is simple - we do not want to, even if marginally, be associated with these kinds of projects.

Server maintenance
Server maintenance service by WebGuard system administrators will allow you not only reduce your server technical maintenance expenses but also let you significantly increase the technical level of maintenance, as our team comprises only high qualified specialists.
Server maintenance service includes:
- All-day monitoring of server's important system processes (Zabbix) and prompt reaction to any problems that emerge in system's functioning.
- Tracking whether your mail server (if one is installed on your server) was listed in public spam servers blacklists, as well as sending requests to remove server IP from them.
- Option for server security audit (not included in monthly fee).
- System performance bottleneck audit and elimination (given necessary technical capacities).
- Client consultations regarding server functioning issues.
- Fulfilling other client requests including server configuration and software setup according to client specifications.
- Prompt updates for server software in case critical vulnerabilities are discovered.
Service price (subscription fee) – 70$/month.
Service price (activation fee) – from 14$.
Initial service fee amount is individual and depends on the state of server at the moment of service activation. Upon service activation a basic server security audit is performed, as well as a search for major software configuration flaws, a list of tasks to proceed with service activation is compiled and then, with client's agreement, those are performed. Depending on the stated above, service activation fee is calculated based on time that was actually spent, with 10$ per hour of specialist's work.
Basic package (subscription) includes 5 hours of specialist's work.
Cost of extra services, over the basic package provided – 14$ / hour.
Express service cost – 20$ / hour.

Standard service requests - 30 to 60 minutes (maximum regulations-permitted time - up to 2 workdays).
Express service requests in labor hours - 10 to 20 minutes (maximum regulations-permitted time - up to 2 hours).
Express service requests after hours - 20 to 40 minutes (maximum regulations-permitted time - up to 4 hours).
Request execution time depends on the task's difficulty. Express requests have higher priority.
