Server maintenance
Server maintenance service by WebGuard system administrators will allow you not only reduce your server technical maintenance expenses but also let you significantly increase the technical level of maintenance, as our team comprises only high qualified specialists.
Server maintenance service includes:
- All-day monitoring of server's important system processes (Zabbix) and prompt reaction to any problems that emerge in system's functioning.
- Tracking whether your mail server (if one is installed on your server) was listed in public spam servers blacklists, as well as sending requests to remove server IP from them.
- Option for server security audit (not included in monthly fee).
- System performance bottleneck audit and elimination (given necessary technical capacities).
- Client consultations regarding server functioning issues.
- Fulfilling other client requests including server configuration and software setup according to client specifications.
- Prompt updates for server software in case critical vulnerabilities are discovered.
Service price (subscription fee) – 70$/month.
Service price (activation fee) – from 14$.
Initial service fee amount is individual and depends on the state of server at the moment of service activation. Upon service activation a basic server security audit is performed, as well as a search for major software configuration flaws, a list of tasks to proceed with service activation is compiled and then, with client's agreement, those are performed. Depending on the stated above, service activation fee is calculated based on time that was actually spent, with 10$ per hour of specialist's work.
Basic package (subscription) includes 5 hours of specialist's work.
Cost of extra services, over the basic package provided – 14$ / hour.
Express service cost – 20$ / hour.

Standard service requests - 30 to 60 minutes (maximum regulations-permitted time - up to 2 workdays).
Express service requests in labor hours - 10 to 20 minutes (maximum regulations-permitted time - up to 2 hours).
Express service requests after hours - 20 to 40 minutes (maximum regulations-permitted time - up to 4 hours).
Request execution time depends on the task's difficulty. Express requests have higher priority.
